Cancellations |
We do not accept cancellations on in-stock items, so please purchase wisely! For pre-order cancellations, please contact us at harumi@harumimin.com within 3 business days of your pre-order. After this period, refunds will not be given. |
Chargebacks |
Please do not file chargebacks in attempt to circumvent refund windows and policies. Please instead contact us at harumi@harumimin.com if you happen to have any issues, we will do our best to make it right. We reserve the right to ban offenders of this policy from placing any future orders. |

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are strictly non-refundable once the pre-order period is over. By purchasing products labeled as pre-order, you automatically agree to wait the required amount of time. Please check here for more details on pre-order statuses.
If you purchase an in-stock product with a pre-order item, it will ship at the time that pre-order product is available. The estimated shipping date will be stated in the description, however those may be subjected to delays or early arrivals. We kindly ask for your understanding when purchasing pre-order items!
Damages & Issues
All orders are fully insured, so please contact me if you have a problem with your order!
- For missing shipments, you must file a claim within 120 calendar days from the date of shipment
- For damaged shipments, you must notify me within 15 calendar days of delivery.
For damaged shipments, please take pictures of both the mailer AND damaged goods. Show specific areas where the damage took place. Email us directly at harumi@harumimin.com with the photos. If we determine that there is an issue with the product we will do our best to make it right.
