When do you ship orders?
Orders placed during the week will be shipped by Saturday. I package all orders with care, so thank you for your patience!
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes, all orders will be shipped out with a tracking number through USPS!
How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping times vary by country.
- USA/Canada: 7-10 business days (After shipping notice tracking number via USPS)
- International: 1-3 months (After shipping notice tracking number via USPS)
All orders are packed & sent from Minnesota, USA. If there are high volume of orders (eg: pre-order arrivals), shipments may be delayed a few more days. Additionally, nationwide & global shipping delays (such as holiday volumes and/or weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.
My order is damaged/missing!
All orders are fully insured, so please contact me if you have a problem with your order!
- For missing shipments, you must file a claim within 120 calendar days from the date of shipment
- For damaged shipments, you must notify me within 15 calendar days of delivery.
- For damaged shipments, please take pictures of both the mailer AND damaged goods. Show specific areas where the damage took place. Email me directly with the photos. If we determine that there is an issue with the product we will do our best to make it right.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
All sales are final with no returns and/or exchanges.
